Directions from East Cowes to Leconfield

Southampton - East Cowes / Red Funnel Ferries

Leave the ferry terminal at east Cowes you are heading for Newport on the a3021 after about 2 ˝ miles you will come to a large roundabout – take the second exit heading for Newport a3054 after about 2 miles follow signs for Sandown
On to the a3020 about 1 ˝ miles after Newport roundabout you will see a turning to the right sign Ventnor take this turning heading for Ventnor through Godshill. [3 miles] then a further 1 ˝ miles you will come to a mini roundabout [just through Sandford village] do not take any turnings before this roundabout go straight on at this roundabout for two miles and you will come to Shanklin. At the traffic lights turn right through Shanklin Old Village

As you leave old Shanklin the road climbs out heading for Ventnor [Shanklin manor hotel and church on your right] just short of two miles you come to “welcome to Bonchurch Ventnor” sign
